Responsibilities

• Manage the Junior accountant
• Point of finance contact for the Asia (SG, Malaysia, PH, Japan and another country) team
• Management of cash flow forecasts
• Ownership of month end including revenue reporting, opex and PL finalization for Asia group
• Ownership of Balance sheet reconciliation for the Asis group
• Review and finalisation of Payroll and related for the group
• Preparation and lodgement of Tax, audit and payroll compliance in all the countries
• Assist in preparation of monthly board pack
• Process improvements and setting up robust internal controls in finance function
• Management of financial reporting requirements and audit
• Ad hoc duties

Skills & Experience

• Strong reconciliations and analytical skills
• CPA/CA qualified or working towards
• Ability to use initiative and work under minimal supervision
• A keen eye for detail
• Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
• Organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Proven experience as a financial accountant
