Job Description

  • Responsible for liaising with project stakeholders regarding the project site, designs, drawing reviews and technical matters.
  • Tracking and reporting project progress, including cash flow and stage billing, site progress implementation, cost, and budget monitoring.
  • Involves coordinating and managing project deliverables along with the site team.
  • Coordinates with consultants on project plans and design interfacing.
  • To assist in the tendering processes / exercise with Contract unit.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders during implementation stage.
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of the project.
  • Performing other duties assigned by the PMO in an orderly and efficient manner.

Job Requirement

  • Possess a Degree in Civil or Degree in Architectural with 3 - 5 years relevant experience in design consultancy or property development.
  • Have high-rise building exposure. Working with developer at least 1 years in high-rise planning and implementation stage are advantage. Working before as contractor / consultant high-rise building is added advantage
  • Solid technical knowledge in design and property development.
  • Good communication skills with project stakeholder which include relevant authorities.
  • Solid understanding on UBBL.
  • Knowledge in ACAD, BIM & MS Project.
  • Proactive and ability to work in face paced environment and in meeting tight deadline.
