Lead and inspire the day-to-day operations of the shopping mall, creating a vibrant and memorable experience for both tenants and visitors. Develop and implement innovative preventive maintenance strategies to ensure the mall’s facilities operate at peak performance. Drive the annual budget and business plan, steering the mall toward continued growth and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operations team by leveraging advanced management tools, ensuring seamless building services and efficient maintenance.
• Strategically plan and oversee the mall’s maintenance using cutting-edge technology, ensuring optimal functionality and appearance.
• Utilize data analytics to enhance facilities management, driving continuous improvements and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing to integrate digital strategies into events, creating engaging and memorable visitor experiences.
• Manage financials through advanced software, overseeing budgets, contracts, and financial efficiency.
• Use business intelligence tools to generate reports, offering actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
• Implement smart building technology to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities.
• Partner in sustainability initiatives, promoting energy conservation and cost reduction.
• Employ IoT for proactive maintenance, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
• Foster strong tenant relationships through digital communication and seamless coordination of fit-out works and Asset Enhancement Projects.

Qualifications:

• A Degree in Property Management, Land Management, Valuation, Estate Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Professional qualifications in Real Estate from recognized institutions are a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in shopping mall management, including 5 years focused on asset enhancement.
• At least 10 years of managerial experience in leading teams and overseeing operations.
