Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager for a foundation plays a crucial role in expanding the foundation’s outreach, increasing funding, and building partnerships to achieve the organization’s mission. The BDM will focus on developing strategic alliances, identifying funding and business opportunities, and creating sustainable growth for the foundation.

Your responsibilities are:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to increase the foundation’s funding base, including corporate partnerships, grants, donations, and sponsorships and business opportunity for the sustainability of funding growth.
  • Identify potential donors, sponsors, and business opportunity, and cultivate long-term relationships to secure sustainable funding.
  • Work with internal teams to prepare grant proposals, presentations, and fundraising campaigns and business proposal.
  • Organize and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and donor engagement activities.
  • Manage Income planning and forecasting; propose and execute short and long-term business development plans.
  • Developing new business opportunities and plans, understanding stakeholders and customer requirements, identifying market trends.
  • Responsible for overseeing ongoing and upcoming projects, tracking progress and contributing to accomplishing company goals.
  • Work closely with program managers to ensure the successful implementation of projects, ensuring they meet goals, timelines, and budget requirements.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Qualifications And Specialized Knowledge

Education:

  • Degree in business, marketing any related field.

Experience:

  • Strong in analytical, market sense, business development and people skill.
  • Excellent team leader & player, energetic, results-driven and independent with a passion for creating quality creative product to the right target audience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in conducting Business Development.
  • Candidate must have pleasant personality, strong communication and negotiation skills, Microsoft Office presentation & PR skills.
