Job Description for Change Manager

• Prepare training plan for high level and operational level

• Communicate high level with client training implementation

• Liaise with Partners to get training details, scope, facilities requirement

• Liaise with client team to finalize participants

• Communicate internally to get setup training

• Coordinate with team Prodata and Partner on room setup

• Involve during the training session

• Work on pre and post training checklist and feedback

• Prepare feedback form

• Prepare training report and attendance after each training

• Produce printed training certificate atier training

Job Description for Project Manager

- Minimum 5 years experiences in project management and related

- Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely and within budget

- Determine and define project scope and objectives

- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner based on project requirement

- To track project costs/expenses in order to meet budget

- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

- Utilize Project Management industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

- Able to complete project documentation based on project requirement

- To control & monitor vendor & customer deliverable & progress invoicing (AP & AR)
