  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

  • Responsible in any flight booking for internal clients/ employees
  • Manage accommodation and travel services
  • Provide customer support by attending to inquiries, provide travel information and options
  • Coordinate and collaborate with suppliers such as airlines, hotels, local transportation service providers.
  • Provide training for local General Management on the SOPs and guidelines.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management from time to time.

What we’re looking for:

  • Possess at least a minimum Diploma/ Degree in any field.
  • Preferably someone with Customer Service experience in BPO/Call Center industry.
  • At least 5 experienced in hotel/travel industry
  • Possess strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in time management and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • English and Mandarin proficiency will be added value for communication with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
