Job Description
- Supervise and review the team's work to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, adhering to Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and service schedules.
- Develop and manage staffing plans to meet operational needs and deadlines effectively.
- Serve as the main contact for team members and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and collaborative solutions to address challenges.
- Monitor performance metrics to enhance operations while mentoring and empowering team members.
- Lead a team handling various corporate secretarial tasks, including:
- Ensuring compliance with corporate regulations and governance.
- Preparing and maintaining statutory documents and records.
- Providing support for KYC documentation and other administrative tasks.
- Assisting with board meeting documentation and work pass administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in leadership roles, such as Team Leader.
- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Collaborative team player.
- Experience managing a client portfolio independently is a plus.
- Background in professional firms and experience with companies across different jurisdictions is advantageous.
