Job Description

  • Supervise and review the team's work to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, adhering to Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and service schedules.
  • Develop and manage staffing plans to meet operational needs and deadlines effectively.
  • Serve as the main contact for team members and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and collaborative solutions to address challenges.
  • Monitor performance metrics to enhance operations while mentoring and empowering team members.
  • Lead a team handling various corporate secretarial tasks, including:
    • Ensuring compliance with corporate regulations and governance.
    • Preparing and maintaining statutory documents and records.
    • Providing support for KYC documentation and other administrative tasks.
    • Assisting with board meeting documentation and work pass administration.
The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles, such as Team Leader.
  • Keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio independently is a plus.
  • Background in professional firms and experience with companies across different jurisdictions is advantageous.
