  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Executive in Petaling Jaya. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, managing customer inquiries, and overseeing customer service operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Service Management experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle challenging situations professionally
  • Minimum of a diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are preferred
