Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Executive in Petaling Jaya. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, managing customer inquiries, and overseeing customer service operations on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
- Customer Service and Customer Service Management experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle challenging situations professionally
- Minimum of a diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are preferred
