Responsibilities:

Flexible to accommodate urgent customer needs over weekends and public holidays.
Face-to-face engagement (on-site support) with customers to provide after-sales support.
Product support including design, technical advice, and point of contact
Perform tasks such as issues, deploying products, collecting artefacts for debugging.
Provide high quality technical support by helping customers resolve issues including explaining usage, debugging failures, pinpointing problems, implementing workarounds, increasing performance, improving security, and determining root causes.
Perform deployments, support and maintenance for wired and wireless networking products, network security product, software applications, and IT infrastructure product.
Participate in technical proposal, solution and network design, handover documentation and UAT.
Responsible for conducting a presentation of technical proposal/solutions and company’s core product to customer.
Provide technical support, problem isolation, and troubleshooting for network incidents.
Keep up to date on technical knowledge and handle complicated technical issues for customers.
To use customer relationship management (CRM i.e Zoho), as project management, monitoring applications tools, provided by company to ensure latest information/ details are up to date.

Requirements

Degree in Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Network/Security) or equivalent.
Knowledge in Networking/Cybersecurity/Mobile and Application Security, implementation and deployment will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1-year-experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a team.
Motivated and able to work independently.
Good communication and presentation skills
