Job Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Development:

  • Lead brand activation plans across ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) channels.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for brand consistency and achieving objectives

Digital Marketing & Agency Management:

  • Oversee creation and execution of digital campaigns, focusing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Monitor digital KPIs and adjust strategies to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Ensure digital content aligns with brand direction and engages target audiences.

Point of Sale Development:

  • Co-manage the development of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) with Trade Marketing, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Support trade plan development and execution aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Consumer Insights & Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Use insights to inform brand communication strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Budget & Operational Management:

  • Manage the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget for efficient resource allocation and ROI maximization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standard
  • Campaign Execution & Monitoring:
  • Drive end-to-end campaign development and execution, ensuring timely delivery across all channels.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee follow-ups on brand-related activities, including product launches and trade initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong background in both ATL and BTL activities, digital marketing, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
