Role Description

Calling all creative minds! Are you a fresh graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field with a passion for bringing ideas to life? We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Malaysia!

In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the creation of stunning graphic design solutions for various print and digital media projects. You'll have the incredible opportunity to learn from experienced designers while contributing your fresh perspective to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and project managers to produce high-quality graphics for various digital and print media.
• Create and develop visual content including, but not limited to, digital banners, social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and packaging.
• Transform ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
• Maintain and ensure consistency in design across all platforms and media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Receive and act on feedback from senior designers, clients, and other stakeholders to refine and improve design work.
• Effectively communicate design ideas and revisions with team members.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Junior Level: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Mid-Level: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of design principles.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Bonus Point

• Experience in video editing and proficiency with design tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
