Working Details:

  • Location: Garage At Six - Coworking Space in Wisma Mutiara Genting, KL
  • Days: Monday to Friday (Hybrid/Remote/Flexible)
  • Job Types: Full-time (Permanent)
  • Salary: RM 2,300 to RM 5,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Operations Executive to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, and driving performance improvements. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a bonus.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics-Looker Studio, Excel).

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to speak fluently in English.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with ad serving technologies and tracking systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Demand Side Platforms(DSP), etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet client goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all advertising assets.

Optimization and Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advertising technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ad delivery and tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign performance and strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and communicate any changes or challenges promptly.
  • Oversees and executing of digital advertising operations, campaign management, and optimization.
  • Manages the day-to-day activities of digital media platforms.
  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Fresh graduates (with relevant experience) are welcome to apply.

  • Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Google Ads: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Google Ad Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
