Senior Credit Investment Banking - Group Operations

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of credit papers for new/additional and review of existing loans/ financing.
• Timely and strong credit assessment to assess credit worthiness of new / existing customer via in-depth credit risk analysis to enable decision-makers to formulate well-informed credit decisions.
• Ensure all credit proposals are in accordance with the Bank's credit risk appetite, credit risk policies, procedures and guidelines as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirement e.g. BNM, Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission, etc.
• Update credit risk management system promptly and accurately in accordance with credit policies & guidelines.
• Ensure proper maintenance and complete record management.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignment or project initiative assigned and provide support to team members.
• Assist in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of handling enquiries for internal, external and regulatory audits.

Requirements:-

• Recognized Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or any relevant education background.
• Relevant professional membership such as CFA, MIA, ACCA, AICB - Professional Credit certification or Chartered Banker is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of related working experience in Credit or investment related function with at least 2 years in managerial position with strong leadership, organization and planning skills.
• Good analytical skill on credit evaluation
• Good English writing and communication skill
• Strong relationship management.
