We are looking for a HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team, to play a critical and strategic role to partner our business leaders to expand their teams and build and champion our company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Identify talents who may be a good fit for the company culture and business.
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Drive the offer process, including extending offers, closing offers.
- Guide new hires through the on-boarding program.
- Drive positive impact on the employee experience.
- Facilitate and enable collaborations among cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate the process to grow internal cohesion and shared corporate culture.
- Organize company events and participate in campus outreach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business / Human Resource Management
- Fresh Graduates looking for entry into the Human Resource Industry may apply
