We are looking for a HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team, to play a critical and strategic role to partner our business leaders to expand their teams and build and champion our company culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify talents who may be a good fit for the company culture and business.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Drive the offer process, including extending offers, closing offers.
  • Guide new hires through the on-boarding program.
  • Drive positive impact on the employee experience.
  • Facilitate and enable collaborations among cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate the process to grow internal cohesion and shared corporate culture.
  • Organize company events and participate in campus outreach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business / Human Resource Management
  • Fresh Graduates looking for entry into the Human Resource Industry may apply

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and manage stakeholders
