Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Manager at Green Packet Global. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The role will be based in Petaling Jaya, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and account management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Understanding of International Voice, A2P, and Data Communications
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
  • Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is a MUST as job required to communicate with region that is using this language.
  • CANDIDATE MUST BE BASED IN MALAYSIA
  • Candidate with experience in Voice and SMS will be added advantage
