Responsibilities


  • Ensure operation output and quality target are achieved.
  • Closely follow up status of orders and ensure it meet the respective requirements.
  • Liaise with concerned department or customers as necessary, to ensure the designated areas and company goals are met.
  • Supervise subordinates in the designated areas.
  • Lead establishment, maintenance and continual improvement of the operational for the site.
  • Provide informational and guidance to the organization for sustaining and continual improvement of the operation.
  • Ensure the designated areas are adequately equipped enough manpower, supplies, packing materials, tools needed and make requisition.
  • Ensure inventory is adequately stored, controlled and accounted for in the designated areas.
  • Involved on the inventory control and accuracy.


Requirements


  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or any related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years working experience in operations.
  • Computer skills in databases, spread sheets, and word processing for tracking, analysing, and communicating related data.
  • Ability to input and manipulate data and create reports as required in a timely fashion.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to interface successfully with various personalities cultures and work environment.
