ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of On Premise & Business Development team, the Manager, On Premise & Ancillary Business is required to develop and collaborate strategically with the assigned business development and key accounts. Responsibilities including as follows;

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Builds and maintains strong relationships with consumer/trade leaders and organizations, industry peers, agent/distributors and customers ensuring all sales target are met and to work within allocated/budgeted sales spend. This includes growing sales volume, market share, increase distribution of Coffee Machines (and other equipment) for region and Head quarter level.

  • Analyse the changing customer needs and market trends, understands how they affect the current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long term business performance.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of On Premise and Key Account Management including control and manage allocated AMF (Annual Marketing Funds)
  • Conduct regular top to top review on business performance, promotion strategies with customers
  • To work closely with various support division (Logistic, Demand Planning, MEM team, Commercial Finance etc) on all execution excellence

REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc)

Capability:

  • Has good rapport with Customers, Demand Planning, Logistic, MEM, Operations & HQ team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to communicate to people from all levels (merchandisers to top management)
  • Ability to multi-task, responsible, result oriented.
  • Team player and able to work with different level of people.

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Sales/Marketing preferably in an FMCG company. Having experience in hot beverage (coffee) industry will be an added advantage.
  • Great analytical ability with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Windows applications
  • Must be willing to travel.
