Job Overview

A Human Resources and Admin Executive is a key professional responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of an organisation's human resources and administrative functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and payroll management.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and employment regulations.
  • Proficient user of AutoCount Cloud HR & Payroll.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, training records, staff attendance and leave records,
  • To ensure the records are up-to-date, accurate and complies with legislation in the most confidential manner.
  • Responsible to generate and prepare submission of statutory contribution of KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN and HRDF.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Administration

  • Handling administrative duties including preparing memo and letters.
  • Support the companyâs operations, such as purchasing office supplies, food items, or other necessities required for the office.
  • Perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Management/Administration, Psychology or equivalent with relevant working experience.

Experience â

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
