The Stock Controller is responsible for ensuring the store is correctly stocked and that all stock movement within the store is properly controlled in order to ensure a brilliant customer experience.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Overseeing the movements of all stock in and out of the warehouse.
  • Ensuring the storeroom stock levels are always correct.
  • Receiving all stock accurately and GRN'd efficiently into the system.
  • Ensuring that all stock leaving the store follows the correct process and is signed off.
  • Oversee the picking and packing of stock for dispatch notes.
  • Investigating any variances in stock, identifying root causes, and providing solutions.
  • Ensuring the storeroom is kept neat and tidy.
  • Pulling stock for use on the depot floor.

The experience we're looking for:

  • Experience in a related role is an advantage.
  • Relevant tertiary education is an advantage.
  • Computer literate; MS Excel, MS Word experience.
  • Great organisational skills essential.
  • Strong Attention to detail.
  • Is fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
