To do effective financial reporting with conformance to statutory and reporting standards.
Responsibilities
- Full set of accounts
- Checking and ensuring accurate completion and timely of financial statement
- Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements including review and verification to ensure accuracy and compliance with Group policies and reporting requirements.
- Ensuring accurate income tax computations and profit computations
- Liaising with auditors, company secretary, GST and tax consultants
- Manage day to day operations of Accounts Department
- Preparation and analysis of company’s account and management reports
- Take on and manage ad-hoc financial assignments and handle other tasks as required by the superior
- Ensure guidelines and requirements set as per the companies’ policies and procedures are being followed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Accounts, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 5-8 years working experience in the related field is required for position
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Strong accounting knowledge of Financial reporting standards
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience in Property Development / Construction industry
