  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at LanceSoft Malaysia in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for customer support, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer experiences on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and communication tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus
