  • To provide professional and efficient support to the recruitment service delivered into assigned geographical scope (Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam), including managing end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Gather all necessary info related to recruitment needs and requirements from hiring mangers, Group Head of HR and/or other relevant Division Head. This will include Job Descriptions, profile descriptions, business info, process/country specific constrains, market info and etc.
  • Responsible to do job posting into internal and external career portal where as applicable according to recruitment procedures.
  • Direct search and conduct cold calling: Proactively searching for relevant talent for every role using internal and external sourcing channels as applicable.
  • Conduct new employee orientation; update orientation slides according to the latest policy, procedure and info.
  • Conduct analysis on candidate current and expected remuneration package against company salary benchmark guideline. Carry salary package negotiation with candidate upon approval from Group Head of HR.
  • Generate letter of employment and other necessary paperwork for approval before issuance of official letter to candidate.
  • Responsible to ensure full documentation of hiring are completed and submit for payroll and employee database setup.
