  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Case Management:

  • Process salvage drop-off cases and transition them into production.

Customer Engagement:

  • Contact customers to provide guidance on manually entering promo codes based on TNGD campaign guidelines.
  • Explain campaign terms and conditions, ensuring customers understand the flow and benefits.

Promotion Support:

  • Encourage and persuade customers to use promo codes to complete their purchase journey.

Insurance Support:

  • Address customer inquiries related to insurance products and services.
  • Issue offline quotations when users cannot obtain online quotes.
  • Issue cover notes to users as required.
  • Manage after-sales services related to the insurance business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in sales or customer support, particularly in the insurance industry, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in managing promotional campaigns and guiding customers through promotional processes.
  • Available to start in 2 weeks notice once shortlisted.
