Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure accuracy.
Manage and supervise accounting staff, providing training and support where necessary.
Collaborate with auditors, both internal and external, during audits and reviews.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management for business decisions.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes.
Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and manage the company's financial transactions.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline financial reporting and processes.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred).
Experience: 10+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, AutoCount, SQL).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
