  • Prepare monthly management reports.
  • Manage the full set of accounts and perform reconciliation of accounts.
  • Responsible for the timely execution of accounting functions of the department.
  • Ensure monthly financial review and reporting within the dateline.
  • Liaise with agents, bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and relevant parties.
  • Maintaining the accounting records and system to ensure compliance with approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Closing all monthly accounts and preparing all accounting schedules to ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly reports.
  • To review the end-to-end payroll process & submission of payroll-related reports and payments to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Oversee the general admin and human resource matters.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): SQL System, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Accounts/Finance would be preferred.
  • Team player who is independent, analytical, result-driven and integrity.
  • Problem-solving skills are required.
  • Able to work under pressure and mere tight deadlines.
  • Possess drive, initiative and work commitment.
  • Must be a person with responsibility & hardworking.
