Prepare monthly management reports.Manage the full set of accounts and perform reconciliation of accounts.Responsible for the timely execution of accounting functions of the department.Ensure monthly financial review and reporting within the dateline.Liaise with agents, bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and relevant parties.Maintaining the accounting records and system to ensure compliance with approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.Closing all monthly accounts and preparing all accounting schedules to ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly reports.To review the end-to-end payroll process & submission of payroll-related reports and payments to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.Oversee the general admin and human resource matters.Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.Required Skill(s): SQL System, Microsoft Word and Excel.At least 3 years of working experience in Accounts/Finance would be preferred.Team player who is independent, analytical, result-driven and integrity.Problem-solving skills are required.Able to work under pressure and mere tight deadlines.Possess drive, initiative and work commitment.Must be a person with responsibility & hardworking.
