Role Description

Sunway Putra Hotel is looking for a Reservation Supervisor for its on-site Kuala Lumpur location. This is a full-time role that requires the candidate to oversee all aspects of reservation operations, including handling customer complaints, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the hotel's reputation by providing a high level of service quality to its guests.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a similar field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the hotel industry, including experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English and a second language preferred
  • Experience in using hotel management software and reservation systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to work
