Product Administrator

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the e-commerce industry, especially in the area of beauty brands to join us as a Product Executive.

Responsibilities:

· Product Management:

• Responsible for creating and maintaining product SKU, loading vendor price and other related information across multiple systems.
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors to address and fill in any gaps in product information to provide complete and detailed product descriptions.
• Ensure accurate product listings in alignment with agreements made with vendors.
• Conducting price comparisons to ensure competitive positioning within the market.
• Categorisation of products to enhance their visibility and maximize exposure.

· Order Management:

• Raise purchase orders
• PO Receiving

· Return & Inventory Management:

• Work closely internally with operations and vendors on Damage and Return Stocks, Discrepancy Defective Report, etc.

· Sales Reporting:

• Assist to tabulate reports that are required for product management review.

· Administrative:

• Support Business Unit team administratively on all miscellaneous duties and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant field or equivalent practical experience (understanding and passion for Beauty is preferable);
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office is mandatory; Knowledge of D365 and Adobe applications is preferable;
• Motivated with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders;
• Resourceful and problem solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment.
