  • Responsible for day- to- day smooth running of LCL operational activities
  • Manage shipments tendered to the company in a timely manner to achieve profitability.
  • Establish and manage relationship and rapport with all carriers, forwarders, transporters, warehouse operators etc.
  • Ensure activities carried out are adhering to corporate compliance, global/local policies and guidelines;
  • Manage and maintain the requirements for export documentation in compliance with CBP and other government agencies
  • Actively engage in shipments problem solving
  • Responsible for selection and training of team members.
  • Lead, motivate and manage the performance of the teams to ensure optimum team and individual performance
  • Diploma or Bachelor’ degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in the Ocean freight forwarding industries.
  • Knowledge of local and international governmental, customs formality, road security and compliance, carrier arrangement, and DG regulations
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and with minimum supervision.
  • Working hours: 8.30AM – 6.00PM (Mon – Fri)
