Job Summary:

• Undertakes end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing for talents from various channels, submit curriculum vitae / resume to hiring managers for shortlisting, coordinate interview session, conduct pre-employment screening, assess the outcomes of the interview and screening, prepare hiring proposal, obtain the necessary approval based on Level of Authority;
• Assists Head of Talent Acquisition in developing, reviewing and managing the recruitment related policy, process and procedures;
• Executes employer branding initiatives under the supervision of Head of Talent Acquisition;
• Develops a pool of qualified candidates to fill up vacancies within the agreed time frame;
• Prepares and submit periodical reporting to various stakeholders, internally and externally.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment with banking background, good professional ethics and occupational track records in related industries;
• Technical competencies in Recruitment, Interviewing, Interpersonal Skills, HR Administration, HR Information Systems (HRIS), HR Strategy & Planning, HR Policy & Procedure Writing , HR Policy & Procedure Writing, HR Strategy & Planning
