Software Developer Internship (Hybrid)

What’s in it for you?
- Hybrid Work: You only need to come to the office once a week! The rest of the time, you have the freedom to work from anywhere, as long as you commit to 8 hours a day.
- Learning Opportunity: No experience required! On the day you come to the office, we’ll do Pair Programming, and the senior will personally guide you to grow into an awesome full-stack developer.
- Tech Stack: We use Next.js, TypeScript, and ASP.NET. Never used them? No worries—if you're willing to learn, you'll get hands-on experience here!
- Internship Allowance: RM1200/month.

What we’re looking for:
- Final-year student able to work in a hybrid model.
- Passionate about learning and growth, responsible, and able to deliver on time.
- 5-day work week commitment.
If you join us:
- Week 1: Onboarding
We'll help you get familiar with our codebase, design patterns, unit tests, domain models, and more. Through some basic tasks, we'll guide you through the entire stack, from frontend to backend. To ensure you get up to speed quickly, you'll need to come to the office 5 days this week.
- Week 2 and beyond
If all goes well, we expect you to handle simple tasks independently. From week 2 onwards, you’ll only need to come to the office one day a week. The rest of the time, you can work from anywhere, anytime. We’ll use Notion to align on tasks, and you can reach out to me whenever you have questions. Aside from that, we trust you’ll take responsibility for your work and complete tasks on time (No Micro-managing!).
On your office day, we’ll do Pair Programming and Coaching, tackling tasks slightly outside your comfort zone to help you continuously improve your technical skills.
