Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing purchase orders & liaising with vendors for quotations.
- Assist in maintaining and updating all records of service reports, purchase orders & invoices.
- Assist in maintaining accurate information on all assets in the Equipment Maintenance Monitoring System (EMMS).
- Assist in ordering and maintaining records of all Engineering spare parts.
- Assist in updating Engineering Work Order Log Sheet daily.
- Assist in updating Licence Master Schedule and coordinate renewals.
- Proven experience as Engineering clerk would be an added advantage.
- Good computer skills
- Strong command of English and customer service skills.
- Great attention to details.
