- Certified with ITIL Foundation
- Relevant experience of 7 years and above, with a minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in service management managing incident and infrastructure.
- Proven experience in working within cross-functional team with demonstrated skills in planning and delivery.
- Experience within life insurance is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at senior management level.
- Exceptional skills in influencing and negotiation to constructively challenge status quo to achieve productive solutions / outcomes.
- Exceptional critical problem-solving skills and attention to details.
