The Primary Responsibility of a Strategy & Servicing Executive:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client objectives and drive business results in the influencer marketing space.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including understanding their needs and providing creative solutions that meet those needs.
  • Work with the execution team to Identify, evaluate and recruit influencers who match clients' brand and campaign objectives, and manage relationships with influencers.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and account management teams, to develop and execute client solutions.
  • Manage and deliver on client projects within timelines and budgets, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to inform ongoing optimization and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to develop proposals and pitch new business.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team and clients.

Ideal candidates would enjoy forming relationships with new people and be able to show empathy at all levels of seniority as well as have interest in social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Candidates should possess at least 3-6 Year(s) of advertising / media / social / digital agency experience working on digital / social strategies + campaigns, including client-facing experience.

The Ideal Candidate’s Experience:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in account management in the media, advertising or influencer marketing industry, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the influencer marketing and/or advertising industry, including trends, best practices, and key players in the market.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans that align with client objectives and drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate creative ideas to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients including understanding their needs and providing creative solutions that meet those needs.
  • Experience managing and delivering on client projects within timelines and budgets, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, execution, and account management teams, to develop and execute client solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience may be considered.
