Job Description Summary

The Senior Commercial Support Specialist, SEA6 role will be responsible for driving commercial excellence across wing-to-wing commercial support processes. The role will be focusing on overseeing tender submission, order booking management, and commercial support workflows in the SEA6 region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, and Brunei.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead tender execution as the single point-of-contact for commercial, modality, service, and sourcing team to ensure tender documentations are drafted in accordance with customer’s requirement to maximize the chance of winning.
  • Oversee the order booking process, working closely with commercial, modality and functional support teams to ensure customer purchase orders tally with the internal requirements for pricing, configurations, T&C, etc.
  • Responsible for order pacing forecast and driving continuous improvement in predictability and linearity of order booking.
  • Provide back-office support to commercial team during pre-sales such as Know-Your-Customer (KYC), procurement workflow, and field marketing workflow, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • This is a one (1) year contract
  • Minimum 10-year work experience
  • Minimum 5-year work experience in medical device industry
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa
