  • To achieve Net Revenue Ecommerce with ideal conversion rate & basket size
  • In charged for channels such as Lazada, Zalora, PG Mall, and others as necessary. Responsible to manage the task related to product management, including products, pricing, discounts, and promotional tools.
  • Negotiate with the PIC in the seller center for marketing exposure and subsidy discounts to boost sales or any package that seller centre provided.
  • Work closely with the merchandise team to implement effective promotions for campaigns on the channel.
  • Responsible for preparing and analyzing the promotion/product sales report or any report related to sales performance.
  • Monitoring the overall store performance such as chat responses rate, fulfilment rate and others.
  • Responsible for managing the withdrawal process on marketplace channels and submitting reports to the finance department.
  • To be involved in stock allocation at iStore and iSend, and work closely with the inventory team regarding stock management.
  • Participate in hosting live sessions when necessary and assist as a backend admin during live sessions.
  • Work closely with copywriter & designer for all of social media content and ensure all the marketing materials being blast to customers in timely manner.
  • Fulfil any other duties as directed by the Head of Ecommerce.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in E-Commerce & Marketing industry
  • Experience creating strong, engaging content.
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Familiar with online shopping experience.
  • Experience in E-Commerce Shopee & Lazada (Website E-Commerce Platform).
  • Strong understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customer’s demand.
