JOB TITLE: INTERN RELIABILITY & INTEGRITY (MECHANICAL STATIC)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate on Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Assessment for all Mechanical Static related equipment (Pressure Vessel, Piping, Subsea Pipeline, API 14K & API 14J Flexible Hoses, Manual Valves, Pedestal Cranes and overpressure system pressure safety valve / devices (PRD).
  • Participate in Fitness For Service (FFS) Assessment as per latest API 579-1 Standard on pressure vessel whenever required in Alpha Phe Software.
  • Perform Remaining Life (RL) Assessment on piping including recommendation for repair in Alpha Phe Software.
  • Participate in Corrosion Management Plan (CMP) updating and continuous monitoring based on approved Integrity Operating Window (IOW).
  • Assist on workpack generation for inspection related works.
  • Assist engineer-in-charge (EIC) on manpower loading planning e.g. offshore and onshore mobilization & demobilization planning and arrangement for Mech Static Team vendors and team member.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Oil and Gas / Chemical / Aeronautic Engineering.
  • Familiarity with and ability to apply basic Mechanical Engineering principles
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Word & Power Point).
  • Shall be responsive, attentive and commit to good work ethics and adhere to professional engineering code of conducts as per REA 1967 (2015).
  • Be able to work effectively with good time management and good communication skills.
  • Can-Do attitude to complete the tasks.
  • Physically fit.
  • At least 5 to 6 months of internship duration.
