Responsible for assisting the Head to oversee all activities to drive the success of our distribution by providing them with the tools, resources and training necessary to sell health products effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Sales Enablement Strategies: Create and execute sales enablement plans that align with Health North Star strategies.

Training and Development: Design and ensure Agency Learning & Development Team / Partnership Distribution Training & Development Team deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the distribution, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

Sales Tools Management: Create, implement and manage sales tools and technologies to streamline the health sales process and improve efficiency. Performance Management: Monitor, evaluate and support the distributions on the health sales performance against targets. Recognize and reward high-performing individuals to motivate them focus on health sales.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in any fields.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.

  • Strong strategic and forward-thinking skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Has a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Demonstrate high willingness to learn and go beyond status quo.
  • Works well under pressure, and a good team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
