Job Scope:-
- Responsible for performing the different facets of human resource and administration such as, but not limited to the end-to-end recruitment process, talent development, organizational development, compensation & benefits, employee relations and other legal requirements set forth by operational needs of our manufacturing plant.
- Act as the active team member to advise, assist and implement company policies, regulations, programs, activity and to align the employees’ vision, mission, and goals with that of the organization.
- Recruitment & Manpower Planning – Develop manpower requirement for Workers and Employees within the organization.
- Legal & Compliance Practices – Review, update and maintain existing policies to ensure compliance to local laws and corporate guidelines.
- Training & Development – Develop process for capturing training needs and align personnel development with organizational objectives.
- Compensation & Benefit – Ensure that employee’s welfare, compensation and benefit meet industries’ practices and compliance to local laws.
- Industrial Relations – Liaison with Government Departments, while ensure welfare and benefits of employees are within industrial norm and practices.
- Employee Relations – Build an open, effective and consistent communication channel with all levels of employees.
- Discipline - Handle employee misconducts and disciplinary actions.
- Database - Maintain the employee database in the designated platform.
- Has good knowledge in legal compliance and industrial practices.
- Good working knowledge with Microsoft software, especially Excel
- Welcomes a challenge to excel in a dynamic work environment.
- Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, mature and highly initiative to work independently.
- Degree in any discipline
- At least 8 years working experience in similar capacity.
