- Prepare management reports such as P&L, CAPEX tracking, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and other reports as requested.
- Prepare Budget, forecast operating profit every quarter, Operating Cash Flow and other supporting reports requested.
- Month-end closing includes preparing slide presentations and updating the business performance to the CEO/Board of Directors.
- Ensure the company complies with all accounting tax, legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities such as MIDA.
- Oversee overall finance function including AR, AP, GL reporting, treasury and SST submission.
- Preparation of Audited Financial Statements.
- Prepare monthly accounts, management reports and financial analyses by the deadline.
- Liaise with internal, and external advisors, especially auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, customers and government authorities.
- Responsible for making an annual plan for the accounting department, proposing and keeping up with the departmental budget, and realizing the plan's targets and objectives.
- Supervise the admin team in ensuring process compliance and effective follow-up and ensure overall work efficiency.
- Executing/Managing/Supervising office administrative work and facilities management.
- Report directly to the CEO and assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA
- Member of MIA Chartered Accountant
