  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in deploying, maintaining, and optimizing our systems and applications in cloud environments. You'll work closely with developers and IT teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient deployment pipelines for our Java-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Installation & Maintenance: Install, deploy, and maintain systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Server & Application Management: Oversee server operations (AWS, Linux, and Windows), including configuration, upgrades, security patches, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
  • Business System Configuration: Manage and troubleshoot business systems and network environments, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and quick resolution of technical issues.
  • Monitoring & Alerting: Set up and manage comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.
  • Network & Security Management: Design and maintain secure network topologies. Resolve network faults and monitor the quality and security of network devices, such as routers and switches.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, testing, and deployment of network and server equipment, ensuring systems are always up-to-date and optimized.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with IT teams, to ensure that applications are smoothly deployed and well-integrated into production environments.
  • Performance Optimization & Scalability: Continuously optimize system performance and scalability, implementing best practices for load balancing, clustering, and database management.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in financial services or brokerage industries.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Programming Languages: Strong knowledge of Java or C++ for integration with application servers.
  • Cloud & OS: Proficiency in AWS cloud services, Linux, and Windows operating systems for system deployment and maintenance.
  • Database Management: Expertise with MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle, including database deployment, clustering, and backup solutions.
  • Service Deployment: Skilled in deploying and managing services like MySQL and Nginx for high-performance applications.
  • Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Shell and Python for automation tasks and system troubleshooting.
  • Network Knowledge: Familiarity with TCP/IP, VPNs, switches, routers, and other network protocols for secure and reliable network infrastructure.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with counterparts in China.
  • Mindset: A problem-solving attitude, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
