We are currently recruiting for a multinational healthcare company in Malaysia who are looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager, who will be responsible for full spectrum of finance and accounting matters for the assigned legal entity(s) in the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to the FC, based in KL.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of financial and operation matters for Malaysia and Singapore entities.
• Review and ensure timely submission of financial reports and statutory matters.
• Responsible for improving processes, efficiencies, and internal controls whenever necessary.
• Lead forecast and budgeting and provide relevant financial analysis and projections.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members for their career development.
• Present financial results to departments heads and assist in analytics or projects as required by business needs.
• Close liaison with Plant Operations team for financial and operational information for management reporting purposes.
• Perform in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
  
  

Skills & Experience Required

• MUST be a professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant financial reportingand people management experience, preferably with a career foundation in external audit.
• Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
• Possess strong critical thinking, people management and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
