Job Responsibility
- Payroll â checking, data entry and paying out of salaries on time.
- Process monthly payroll and prepare timely submissions of statutory.
- To assist and coordinate the hiring process, recruitment advertisement.
- To update and maintain accurate personnel records and proper filing system.
- To monitor employeesâ attendance, leave application and performance.
- To assist in managing staff insurance.
- Employee performance reviews.
- Prepare all HR letters.
- Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee.
- Performs all admin tasks and other duties as assigned by superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment and labor laws.
- Ability to handle daily employee issues and needs, adept at communication and problem solving.
- Demonstrated experience in HR administration, familiarity with recruitment, employee relations management, compensation and benefits.
- Salary (Based on working experience in Human Resources or related field).
