We are looking for a strategic thinker and proactive problem solver to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth for the agency. This role requires a deep understanding of our business model and offerings, as well as the ability to identify and align client needs with our services to create value-driven marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate will craft and deliver creative, results-oriented proposals in collaboration with Project Managers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development
  • Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent growth for the Agency's portfolio.
  • Conduct thorough market research on client industries, competitors, and trends to inform business development strategies.
  • Schedule meetings and actively engage with prospective and existing clients, particularly key executives and decision-makers.
  • Lead the development of proposals for tenders in collaboration with partners, ensuring the delivery of compelling and competitive submissions.
  • Prepare and present marketing strategies, proposals, and presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, focusing on nurturing and growing accounts by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Represent the agency in client pitches, demonstrating our capabilities to secure new business opportunities.
  • Consistently meet assigned sales and business development targets through strategic account management and client engagement.
  • Draft clear and concise project briefs based on discussions with clients, outlining objectives and key deliverables for internal teams.
  • Collaborate on the preparation and refinement of presentations and proposals with internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate and clarify processes and technical aspects to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Generate detailed and accurate quotations in line with service rate cards and client budgets.

2. Account Management
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet both client and agency objectives.
  • Prioritize team activities to ensure effective project and client meeting management.
  • Manage client budgets and allocate resources efficiently to meet campaign goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that they meet client expectations and deliver results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships as a knowledgeable and reliable advisor.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services, expanding the scope and value of client engagements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a marketing agency or related industry.
  • Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering high-quality presentations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.

Additional Skills:
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms is a plus.
