  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

The Design Specialist is responsible for creating and optimizing multimedia visual that aligns with the company's branding and marketing strategies. This role combines creativity with technical skills in graphic design, and video editing to produce engaging visual across all digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Visual Content:

  • Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and visuals for social media, websites, and print materials.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms, adhering to brand standards.

Video Editing & Production:

  • Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, tutorials, product demonstrations, and social media clips.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards, scripts, and concepts for video projects.
  • Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, maintaining brand consistency and engaging the target audience.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with external vendors, such as video production companies and printers, to produce and deliver high-quality content.
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and collaborate on ideas that drive the brand forward.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and work is of the highest standard.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years working experiences in related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, and video editing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
