We are looking for dynamic individuals with strong passion in creating extraordinary events and weddings! The Senior Event Planner is expected to lead the planning team through all aspects of our projects from conceptualisation to completion. We are seeking a person who is resourceful, solutions-driven, well organised, highly detail focused with an eye for design, confident in communicating with people of all levels and is able to cope with managing multiple projects and related departments.

- To spearhead the projects independently from conceptualisation to completion in the most accurate, cost and time-effective manner
- Confident in communicating with people of all levels
- Work closely with clients, internal team and external related professionals to ensure all events operations and logistics process, rundown, event flow of the day are smooth and flawless
- Possess strong organisational and management skills
- Must be able to cope with managing multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines
- Must be resourceful, solutions-driven, highly detail focused and is able to contribute significant value to the team in achieving outstanding client experiences and producing quality output
- Full-time position
- Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Event Management or any related fields
- Minimum 2-3 year(s) of working experience
- Strong leadership skills and crisis management qualities
- High standards of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, in both written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Possess own transportation and must be willing to travel
- Can-do attitude
- Team player
- Independent
- Comfortable with irregular work hours, including weekends and public holidays
