  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The Business Analyst role encompasses the entire software development lifecycle, spanning requirements analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and culminating in providing training and support for the systems developed by the company.

Responsibilities:

  • User Requirements Study:
    • Conduct user requirement sessions in collaboration with the Project Manager.
    • Create Functional Specification Documents using UML methodologies.
    • Collaborate with UI/UX Designer for concept designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
    • Report progress to the Project Manager.
  • Application / Software Development:
    • Guide programmers based on functional specifications.
  • Software Quality Assurance / Testing:
    • Perform Full System Testing on developed applications.
    • Draft test scripts for internal and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Guide customers during UAT.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide system support to Support Engineers and End Users.
  • Technical Documentation:
    • Draft and maintain User Manuals for systems.
    • Collaborate with programmers to create Technical Manuals.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Proficient in spoken and written English for financial institution projects; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia for government projects.
    • Ability to lead discussions and extract system requirements.
    • Conduct application/system briefings and end-user training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in software/systems analysis.
  • Proficiency in UML and software testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
