Job Responsibility
- Responsible to prepare, process & generate purchase orders and admin tasks and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Office maintenance arrangement.
- Deliver quality response service on a daily basis and ensuring that every issue logged is resolved within the agreed time frame.
- Provide technical support to prevent error re-occurring.
- Attend professional appearance of the front desk.
- Attend incoming calls.
- Manage application and renewal of license and Foreign works permit.
- Manage utilities bill payment
- Human Resource tasks
- To perform ad-hoc task when required by superior.
- Able to multi-tasking and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to learn and able to work independently,
- Required language(s) (Written and Spoken): English, Bahasa Malaysia, knowing Mandarin is advantage.
