  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Identify deviations from standards and recommend modifications to ensure compliance.
  2. Ensure test procedures are well-documented for reusability and compliance with established standards.
  3. Document software defects using a tracking system and report them to the development team.
  4. Maintain and develop new automation scripts for functional and regression testing.
  5. Design, develop, and execute bespoke test automation frameworks tailored to the automation needs of various projects/products.
  6. Review application and automation code to ensure adherence to established guidelines and standards.
  7. Conduct testing systematically by identifying, logging, and retesting failures.
  8. Perform static testing by validating the accuracy and completeness of requirements using requirement documentation.
  9. Prepare key documents, including Requirement Review Checklist, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
  10. Build and update the Application Regression Test Suite based on current requirements.
  11. Develop and maintain Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data.
  12. Execute various types of tests as documented in the test plan, including smoke, functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing.
  13. Manage the transition from SIT/QA to UAT by sharing Test Cases, Test Results, and Defect Logs with business users.
  14. Facilitate regular defect triage meetings to discuss and prioritize critical and high-impacting defects.
  15. Perform regression testing at the end of each testing phase, either full or partial, depending on the functional changes.
  16. Conduct causal analysis of all defects raised during testing, with special attention to escaped defects.
  17. Perform Test Phase Quality Reviews with all relevant stakeholders.

Position Requirements:

  1. Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
  2. Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies.
  3. Proficiency in technical testing processes and techniques.
  4. Effective in time management and work planning.
  5. Expertise in test management and defect management.
  6. Keen attention to detail with the ability to create clear, precise reports.
  7. Ability to accurately report the results of all conducted tests.
  8. Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Sauce Labs, and Jira.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  10. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  11. 4 to 5 years of experience in automation testing.
  12. Knowledgeable in both General and Life insurance domains.
