The successful candidate will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and ensuring timely Dashboard & KPI tracking to support business decision-making and strategy development.
What You'll Do
As a Data Analytics & Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in administering and analysing sales information as well as distributor stock holding levels. You will be responsible for maintaining consistency in customer hierarchy through the administration of Salesforce Customer Master data and Product Master data. Your role will also involve tracking various aspects such as Sales Call Plan, New Account Opening, New SKU Penetration among others. You will be expected to support global commercial requirements while working closely with the regional team to develop effective dashboards that facilitate sharing of business performance insights. Monitoring industry intelligence and competition trends will also fall under your purview.
The ideal candidate for the Data Analytics & Planning Specialist position should hold a commercial degree in fields such as Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics or any related discipline. A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a data reporting and analytics role within the FMCG industry would be highly beneficial. Advanced knowledge in technical capabilities with Excel and Power BI is a must, along with the ability to accurately pull and analyse data. The candidate should also possess sound financial knowledge and commercial acumen within the FMCG context.

- Monitor industry intelligence and competition trends, share with relevant stakeholders for potential respond to prospective threats in the market

- Minimum 3-4 years in data reporting and analytics role, preferably in FMCG industry
- Advanced knowledge in technical capability with Excel and Power BI
- Strong ability to pull data (with accuracy), analyse data and draw insights
- Knowledge of principles, concepts, strategies and techniques relating to data, finance and marketing
- Sound Financial knowledge, Commercial acumen and financial know how in the FMCG context
