- Managing nonconformance and Material Review Board (MRB) control.
- Ensuring qualification of First Article Inspection (FAI) Reports for new suppliers, parts, tooling, and changes.
- Overseeing customer quality management.
- Implementing proper containment procedures to prevent defective parts from reaching the customer.
- Handling Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and coordinating sample submissions to customers.
- Monitoring in-process quality control and addressing non-conformance actions to prevent recurrence.
- Leading 8D discussions and following up on corrective action effectiveness.
- Conducting process line audits.
- Collaborating with Operations and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Working with suppliers on improvements for New Product Introduction (NPI) parts, drawing changes, measurement method correlation, and other related issues.
- Supporting adhoc activities as requested by superiors.
- Degree in any Engineering discipline, or equivalent.
- Skills: Knowledge of ISO9001 related and familiar with QC tools (SPC, 8D, FMEA, MSA) and GD&T.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in QA.
- Experience in product quality or process quality management.
- Able to read technical drawings.
